Account responsibilities You are responsible for your credentials, devices, two-factor authentication, and activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. 3. Market and trading risk Digital assets are volatile. Leveraged positions can amplify gains and losses and may be liquidated. You are responsible for reviewing order details, fees, margin requirements, and risk before submitting a trade. TradXM does not provide personal investment advice. 4. Orders and market data Market data can be delayed, interrupted, or differ across venues. Orders and position results depend on the price information and platform rules displayed at the time. Technical or network conditions may affect availability and execution. 5. Deposits and withdrawals Funding and withdrawal methods, limits, review requirements, processing times, and charges may vary. Requests may be delayed or declined for security, compliance, inaccurate information, or insufficient balance. 6. Prohibited activity You may not use the platform for fraud, market abuse, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, security testing without permission, self-referral abuse, false identity information, or interference with other users or services. 7. Service availability We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, reliability, or product updates. 8. Suspension and termination Access may be restricted when these terms are breached, activity presents security or legal risk, information cannot be verified, or applicable law requires action. 9. Limitation and responsibility To the extent permitted by law, TradXM is not responsible for market losses, user trading decisions, third-party network failures, or events outside reasonable control.
