TradXM uses identity verification and anti-financial-crime controls to support account security and responsible platform access.
1. Customer identification
Users may be asked for legal name, date of birth, address, contact details, government identification, proof of address, and a live identity check. Information must be accurate and current.
2. Verification and review
Submitted information may be reviewed manually or through service providers. We may request a clearer document, additional information, or renewed verification when records expire or risk changes.
3. Sanctions and risk screening
Accounts and transactions may be screened against applicable sanctions, politically exposed person, adverse-media, fraud, and other risk sources.
4. Source of funds
For some transactions or account activity, we may request evidence explaining the origin of funds or the purpose of a transaction.
5. Ongoing monitoring
Account, referral, deposit, withdrawal, and trading activity may be monitored for unusual or prohibited patterns. A review can delay processing while relevant information is assessed.
6. Restrictions
We may reject an application, limit features, hold a request, or suspend access when identity cannot be verified, required information is not provided, or activity presents legal, fraud, or security concerns.
7. Record keeping
Verification and review records may be retained for the period required by applicable law and legitimate security needs.
8. User responsibility
Do not create an account for another person, provide false information, or allow someone else to use your verified account.
