Trading

A long position is designed to benefit when the market price rises after entry. If the price falls, the position may lose value. Fees and leverage also affect the final result.
A short position is designed to benefit when the market price falls after entry. If the price rises, the position may lose value and can face liquidation when leverage is used.
Leverage increases market exposure relative to the margin assigned to a position. It can amplify both profits and losses, so higher leverage generally leaves less room for adverse price movement.
It is an estimated price level at which a leveraged position may be closed because remaining margin no longer meets the required level. Fast markets and price gaps can affect the actual outcome.
A stop-loss is intended to limit loss after price reaches a chosen level, while take-profit is intended to close at a selected favorable level. Execution at the exact trigger price is not guaranteed in fast markets.
Market prices refresh automatically on a short cycle. A delayed status is shown when a feed is older than expected. Prices can still differ across exchanges and data sources.
A maker order generally adds liquidity, while a taker order matches existing liquidity. The applicable fee depends on order behavior and the market settings shown during order review.
Your dashboard and trade history show submitted and completed positions, while wallet statements provide the related balance and fee records.
